These socks will be donated to The Mission Services of London, The Unity Project, Y.O.U (Youth Opportunities Unlimited), London Cares, The Ark Aid & The 519Pursuit Outreach Team. If you’re coming to the club during the month of October, please bring a pair of white socks to donate. Thank you for your support!

THIS WEEK’S COMEDIANS

Headliner

Nick Beaton

From a blue collar background, Nick Beaton cuts through the bullshit of an overly bureaucratic society that takes itself way too seriously. Whether it’s done through his opinionated rants, hard hitting jokes, or his disarming “every man” personality Nick Beaton is a favorite wherever he performs.  He has performed on 3 continents, 6 countries, and over 40 cities.  His recent Edinburgh Festival show received glowing five star reviews, from both “Broadway Baby” and “Three Weeks,” the latter of which described him as having, “enviable confidence, timing, and manner of a comedian with decades of experience beyond his years.”  He has performed at Montreal’s International Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, the Icebreakers Comedy Festival and has received numerous accolades for his comedy, including being a myspace featured comedian and winning the 2007 Just For Laughs Toronto Homegrown Competition, as well as being nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards including one for his comedy special that aired nationally in Canada.

Middle

Melanie Rose

Fireball. Comedy Warrior. Addict Whisperer. Mom. Whatever the title, Melanie Rose has one hell of a story to tell. This Divorced, Mother of four continues to stun and charm audiences across the country with her tales of marriage, divorce, past drug addiction and mental health issues - always finding the funny within. She’s a favourite at comedy clubs throughout the country, opening for Nikki Payne, Caroline Rhea and Canadian legend, Mike MacDonald. A Yuk Yuk’s regular, she’s also been featured on CRAVE TV, the critically-acclaimed show, “She Kills Me,” Victoria’s Funny Women Festival and numerous corporate events.

You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll probably refresh your drink. But, mostly, you’ll wonder if it’s all true. Trust us, it is.
