Jean Paul

Jean Paul’s comedy is culled from his cultural crazy quilt of a childhood - born in Trinidad, raised in Brooklyn and currently residing in Toronto.
“Savage wit and spontaneous combustion combine into an explosive comedic barrage. This cat is fearless. In terms of any kind of act, he works without a net. He is so freewheeling, it’s almost psychedelic.” - Daryl Jung, NOW Magazine, Toronto
This in itself explains his kaleidoscope of accents.
He’s funked up, has a twinkle in his eyes, and is deadly articulate. Feeding off the vibe of a room makes his performances electrifying.
Says Jean Paul, “I was always into comedy, even as a kid. I found it fascinating. Some of my friends were into model car kits. I was into Richard Pryor, George Carlin and Bill Cosby.”

Aisha Brown

Aisha Brown is known as one of the top 3 Aisha’s in North American comedy. In 2016 she performed at her first televised gala at Montreal’s renowned Just For Laughs Festival; she’s also performed at JFL42, the Guelph Comedy Festival, Sketchfest and Toronto’s Field Trip Festival. Aisha made her headlining debut at Kenny Robinson’s legendary, “Nubian Disciples All Black Comedy Revue”, and has hosted and headlined Zabrina Chevannes critically acclaimed “Things Black Girls Say”. For two years, she was the co-host of Hard Day Comedy, a weekly female driven comedy show, but now performs regularly in the Yuk Yuk’s club circuit. Ms. Brown was recently a featured host on the CBC webseries, Make Me Read. You can also catch her performing and writing with “Runnin’ at The Mouth”; a hip-hop comedy collective; who recently released their first album through Comedy Records, “Wit My Woes”.

Roy Daye

Roy Daye is a Jamaican born, Canadian raised stand-up comic whose styling reflects both his North American upbringing and his spicy Caribbean heritage.
His show is engaging, quick and smart. His playful Jamaican anecdotes give a hilarious perspective to audiences everywhere. His ethnicity has given him a delightful out look that appeals to all cultures. He is a flawless professional that appeals to all audiences, with the ability to accommodate any situation whether a comedy club, corporate event, or fundraiser.

His material is cleverly clean or artfully crass but he likes to chat and has a real way with an audience that likes to chat back! He has audiences laughing in the aisles and loving his interactive approach. He is adept at making sharp and funny observations based on conversations with his audience. Whether elaborating on the adversities of relationships or talking about his Caribbean childhood he keeps the audience engrossed in the show from the very first to the last minute. His ability to work a crowd is marvelous and always has an appealing stage presence.

A favorite who has headlined at all the major comedy clubs across Canada including Vancouver, Regina, Niagara Falls, and the supper club in Toronto.
