Customer Service

Wagon Rides:	FREE wagon rides to transport you and your family through the tunnel from the Midway to the Agriplex. Wheelchair and stroller accessible. No power chairs.
ATMs:	Conveniently located around the fairgrounds.
Public Parking:	Supervised, easy access lots located on and around the fairgrounds. Tour bus and handicapped parking available. FREE!
Guest Services:	Questions? Visit the Guest Service Gazebo on the Midway or one of the Fair Info Booths located around the grounds.
Pets:	Pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds with the exception of working service dogs.Please do not leave your pet in your vehicle as it will be reported to London Animal Care and Control.
Smoking Policy:	For the comfort of all our guests, there are designated smoking areas during the Fair. Click here for details.
Lost Children/TAG-A-TOT:	The Lost & Found Child office is located at Police Headquarters on the south side of the Progress Office. Lost children can be brought here to be re-united with their families.What is TAG-A-TOT? A chance for each child to register with the Children’s Lost & Found Area. Each child receives a numbered bracelet, that corresponds with their contact information enabling staff to respond quickly to locate their parents/guardian. Located in the Volunteer Office Reasons for Tag-A-Tot Both parent and child learn where the Lost & Found child area is. Child becomes familiar with the people in the office so they feel comfortable and safe should they get separated from their family. Staff can learn about your child's medical condition in case of emergency.
