1. How big does a group have to be to qualify for the group discount? Western Fair group rates apply to orders of 25 or more prepaid tickets. Tickets can be a combination of Admission and Ride-All-Day Fun Passes.
2. Are group tickets only for a specific day? Western Fair group admission tickets are valid on any one day during the 2011 Fair (September 9 – 18). Ride-All-Day Fun Passes and Ride/Game coupons also valid any one day of the 10 days of the Fair.
3. If we purchase tickets as a group, do we have to attend as a group? No, members of your group can attend the Fair on any day they choose.
4. How far in advance should I make arrangements for the Fair group tickets? Group rate purchases must be ordered by September 2, 2011. Online group tickets are available until 11:59 p.m. Friday, September 8, 2011. Please note that group rates are not available September 9 – 18, 2011.
5. I would like to mention the availability of these tickets in our company newsletter. Where will I find the 2011 Western Fair logo? Please request the logo via email to groupsales@westernfairdistrict.com and we will provide it.
6. What is the price for kids?Admission for children 4 and under is FREE. Children 5 – 10 yrs old are $5.00 at the gate. Children will require Ride/Game coupons or Ride-All-Day wristbands or in some cases cash for Rides & Games.
7. Are there any other special discount days at the Fair?
   1. *On opening weekend, September 9 – 11, every paid admission (fairgoers 11 years +) will receive a coupon to return to the Fair any one day for ONLY $5.00. (Coupon valid September 12- 16)
   2. *Ride-All-Day Fun Passes provide unlimited rides all day. Your pass is valid any one day of the Fair.  (*some exceptions apply, i.e. Pony Rides)
   3. *2-For-1 Rides – On Monday - Thursday, 2 can ride for the price of 1.  This promotion does not include Ride all day fun passes.
8. How many coupons does each ride average? In Kiddyland, each ride averages 2 – 3 coupons and each game averages 1 – 2 coupons. On the Adult Midway, each ride averages 3 – 5 coupons and each game averages 2 – 4 coupons.
9. If I want to (or am required to) go on the rides with my kids, do I have to pay? The rides are operated by independent owners so it is their decision whether you are required to purchase a ticket in Kiddyland.
10. I missed the group sales deadline. Do I have to pay the regular price at the gate? You may save on advance Admission, Ride/Game coupons & Ride-All-Day Fun Passes by going online at the Fair Site. Or purchase them in person at the Western Fair Grandstand Guest Services, Main Administration, Western Fair Information Booths at Argyle Mall, Masonville Place or White Oaks Mall.
11. What does my admission ticket include?General admission tickets include admission to the fairgrounds, exhibitor buildings, on-ground shows and some Grandstand shows. There are Grandstand shows that require a concert ticket to attend (TBD). Your concert ticket will include Fair admission. Tickets available through www.westernfairdistrict.com, Grandstand Guest Services, or all Ticketmaster locations.
12. Does the Ride-All-Day Fun Pass include admission? No, admission is not included in the Ride-All-Day Fun Pass for children 5 and older.
