Raceway / Player Rewards Club
Player Rewards, a loyalty program, enables us to reward the people who wager at Western Fair. Think of it as our way of giving thanks for being one of our valuable customers. There are two portions to the Player Rewards Program:
1. EARNS POINTS WITH EVERY DOLLAR WAGERED!
Earn valuable points every time you wager at Western Fair Raceway!
You could earn up to 2 points for every $1 wager at Western Fair Raceway
Earn 1 point for every $1 wagered
BONUS 0.5 point for every $1 wagered on Western Fair Live Racing.
BONUS 0.5 point for every $1 wagered at a Self Serve Terminal, including Bet Mates.
2. MONTHLY TAKE OUT ADJUSTMENTS (TOAS)!
on the first business day of each month, we will look at the wagering statistics for the previous calendar month. player rewards members who wager $5,000 a month or more will earn a vip rebate under the following schedule

All Player Rewards members who earn TOAs are considered VIP members. We regularly host special VIP nights at the races and other special perks geared towards our VIP members. Visit Raceway Customer service for more information.
Example 1:
PLAYER REWARDS MEMBER WAGERS $6,242 IN A MONTH
REGULAR POINTS:
Depending on whether the member wagers on live races and whether or not he/she uses the SSTs
he/she would have earned between: 6,242 and 12,48 points
VIP BONUS:
As you can see from above, this member would be a VIP 1 and thus would be entitled to
a 0.50% rebate or $31.21.
Converted back to points: $31.21 is equivalent to 9,987 points.
This member would then be entitled to 'cash out' his/her points at any time.
Example 2:
PLAYER REWARDS MEMBER WAGERS $21,010 IN A MONTH
REGULAR POINTS:
Depending on whether the member wagers on live races and whether or not he/she uses the SSTs he/she would have earned between: 21,010 and 42,020 points
VIP BONUS:
As you can see from above, this member would be a VIP 3 and thus would be entitled to a 1.25% rebate or $262.63. Converted back to points: $262.63 is equivalent to 84,040 points.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
When you join, you will be issued a Player Rewards card. This card will automatically accumulate and credit points to your account with every wager. We value the privacy of our Player Rewards members and your account information is held with strict confidence. All of the information accumulated is for Western Fair Raceway promotional use only.
HOW DO YOU SIGN UP?
To sign up for Player Rewards please visit Raceway Customer Service to fill out an application form. You will be presented with your very own Player Rewards card and you can begin earning valuable points immediately.
HOW DO YOU REDEEM YOUR POINTS?
Customer Service will have a complete list of rewards available for redemption and please ask to see if there are any special rewards available. Once you have decided what to redeem your points for, visit the Raceway Customer Service and present your Player Rewards Card along with valid photo ID. Simply advise our representative of your choice(s) and he/she will supply the rewards voucher to redeem your prize. It's that easy!

WESTERN FAIR RACEWAY PLAYER REWARDS RULES
- Player Rewards membership is FREE.!
- Members must be 18 years or older.
- Only one card per person. Sharing, or handing off of cards is not allowed and will result in membership being terminated and forfeiture of points.
- Player Rewards card must be presented prior to placing a wager. Points will not be awarded after a wagering transaction.
- The card and membership are not transferable. Cardholders misusing the program will lose their privileges and forfeit their points.
- Points have no cash value. Prizes must be accepted as rewarded.
- Western Fair staff and the Board of Directors are ineligible to become members of the Player Rewards program.
- Photo ID and/or valid driver's license is required to redeem points for prizes.
- Prize list is subject to change. No rain checks will be issued for unavailable prizes
- Western Fair Raceway reserves the right to cancel or alter this program at any time.
- In the event you lose your card, WFR will replace the first and charge $2 each for every one thereafter.
