Who do I call if I have lost or found an item at WFD?

Where can I find pics from one of your shows?
When is Top of the Fair open?
Top of the Fair restaurant is open with reservations every Friday night of live racing, as well as for walk-ins on our Monday Pub Nights.

When do you have live horse racing?
Our live racing schedule runs from the beginning of October until the end of May.
What is your animal policy?
Pets are not permitted, only certified service animals are allowed entry into one of our shows or events.

What are the hours and locations of where I can purchase tickets for your events?
Advance tickets can be purchased online up until 11:59PM prior to the show’s opening day, or in person at either of the below locations up until the day prior to the show opening.

Should I buy my Yuk Yuk’s tickets online or at the door?
Either option is available to purchase tickets. The advantage of purchasing your tickets online as opposed to at our box office, is that your spot is guaranteed.

Is all parking free?
Yes, all parking is free on our grounds.
How far is the airport from Western Fair District?
Western Fair District is a 17 minute drive via Oxford St. from London International Airport. There is also a bus route available from the airport to our grounds, the 36 Industrial to the 2 Dundas.
How do I get race programs?
Our race programs can be purchased at the Mutuel Teller Counter the day of the race and after 5:00pm on Friday nights at our Guest Services Desk.
Do you have accessible washroom facilities at your outdoor concerts?
Yes, all outdoor concerts will have accessible washroom facilities.
Do you have accessible seating at your outdoor concerts?
Yes, all outdoor concerts will have accessible seating.
Do I need a reservation for Yuk Yuk's?
You do not need a reservation for Yuk Yuk’s unless there are 6 or more people in your party, or you are using a “Groupon” or “Travelzoo” voucher. You can make your reservation by calling 519-936-2309.
Can my baby/toddler attend your shows? If so, how much is it for them to attend?
For our 19+ shows, no one under the age of 19 will be admitted. For our all age’s shows & events, generally children 2 & under are free to attend.
Can I bring a lawn chair into your concert events?
Please check the concert page as each show is different.
Are there any discounts on hotel rates if you are attending or exhibiting at one of WFD owned shows, such as Wine & Food, All Equine, Beer & BBQ, Farm Show etc?
Generally yes, please check the info page for the show in question for any available discounts.
