Locations & Directions

Agriplex at Western Fair District - 845 Florence st., London, Ontario

The best route is Wellington Road North exit (#186B) off HWY. 401 and remain on Wellington Road to downtown London.  You will pass under the railway tracks just before York Street. Turn right onto York Street, drive approx. 2 km to the Western Fair District.  The Agriplex building will be on your right after you pass Rectory St.

Booth Space

The show will provide pipe and drape along the back and sides of your booth. If you require additional services (i.e. Hydro, Carpet, Internet, Phone, Table, Chairs) please refer to the Show Services Form.  Note: Floor is cement, floor covering in display booth is recommended.

Exhibitor Badges

Your exhibitor badges will be available at the “Exhibitor/VIP” window located just inside the Exhibitor Entrance.  Unless other arrangements have been made, you will receive two (2) badges for the first 10x10 space you have rented and one (1) badge for every additional 10x10 space. Please fill out the attached “Exhibitor Badge Request Form”.  If you need more badges for staff, they are $15 each, they can be pre-ordered on the form or you can buy them at the “Exhibitor/VIP” window. Exhibitor badges are transferable and good for all weekend. 

Single Day Tickets

If you would like to buy any tickets to give to clients or other VIPs to come to the show, we are selling Single Day Tickets to exhibitors for $8 each. These MUST be purchased by Mar. 1, 2011 to allow time to be mailed out. These are to be distributed by you.  Please fill out the attached “Single Day Ticket Order Form”.  

Move in/Move out

Vehicle and Exhibitor move-in will be Thursday, March 22, 12pm - 9pm and Exhibitor ONLY move-in Friday, March 23, 10am - 1pm.  On Saturday and Sunday, you will have access to the building ONE HOUR prior to the show opening to the public. Please arrive early and be settled before the doors open to the public at 10am Saturday & Sunday.

Note: Move in/Move out is ONLY to be done through the loading doors at the back of the building.  Wheel washing area available but we ask that you detail your vehicle in your booth space.

Move out will be after the show ends on Sunday March 25 from 5pm – 9pm.
