ENTRY FEE: $5/Class. This is a juried competition.
Prize Money for each Section:
1st- $30 | 2nd- $20 | 3rd- $10 (with the exception of the Largest Pumpkin)

- Special Note: All Agricultural items are to be delivered to the Metroland Media Agriplex on September 7th. Enter through the front doors.

Sections & Description
1. BIGGEST PUMPKIN
The contest for weight is here again. For this contest only the prize money will be determined by weight. The 1st place winner will receive $1.00 for every 4 pounds. Pumpkins will be weighed when they are delivered. Example of prize money. If the pumpkin weight 200lbs the prize money will be $ 50.00.
2. LONGEST ZUCCHINI
Let’s see if you measure up.
3. NEW! ARTISTIC VEGETABLE DISPLAY
Props may be used to showcase your homegrown vegetables. Maximum display space 2ft by 3ft. Minimum of 3 different vegetables displayed.
4. GRAIN DESIGN
Glue together any field crop grains to form an agriculture picture showing Canada’s birthday. Grains can be coloured/painted. Maximum size 40cm x 40cm (16” x 16”)
5. WHEAT SHEAF DESIGN
4-6 inches in diameter. Maximum height 4ft.
6. HAY COMPETITION
A flake of hay maximum size 2ft by 2ft. Enter one or all three.
1st Cut: Any variety
2nd Cut: Any variety
3rd Cut: Any variety
7. SEED CROP
All grain must be shelled and appropriately identified. Display in a galvanized bucket or burlap bag.
Corn: Any variety
