1135 lbs of food to The London Food Bank

London, Ontario....Western Fair District with the support of its customers collected, and delivered, 1135 lbs of food to The London Food Bank this past week as part of the District’s New Years Eve celebrations, which included a 10 year anniversary celebration at the Sports Centre.

“We appreciate the community’s support of our events and were delighted by the generosity of those who attended our Sports Centre celebration and brought along a non-perishable food item to help fight hunger in London,” said Heather Blackwell, Director of Corporate Affairs.  “Western Fair District thanks the community for their big-heartedness and The London Food Bank for the tremendous work they do putting food on the table of families in need.”
