Money Room Representative
Money Room Representative report directly to the Money Room supervisor. The Money Room Staff performs duties relating to cash handling, counting and recording of Western Fair District, The Raceway Corporation and Sports Centre deposits. The League Convenor has the responsibility of working in a professional/efficient manner within the Western Fair Sports Centre and the London and surrounding area ice sports/business community. This position will be involved in the development, delivery, marketing, promotion, and growth of the Western Fair Sports Centre Leagues and in house programs in the areas of Ice Sports. Ice Allocations Coordinator (13 month contract)
The Sports Centre Ice Allocations Coordinator is responsible for the allocation of all ice rentals, bookings and events. This position is also responsible for customer service and leadership of the Guest Services Team. Please submit your cover letter and resume by Monday, March 27, 2017 @ 3:00pm.
Sales Administrator (12 month contract)
This is a part-time (approx. 32 hours/week), 12 month contract position which will require some evening and weekend availability. The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience, Sales Managers when needed, and works closely with Event Support staff.
